Taking time for yourself is a must, whether its a 5 minute break or a whole day. Today my pitt stop in between shooting with Seyda was Brooklyn Coffee in Shoreditch. This is the kind of place I could sit and talk to someone for hours in. The kitch interior and prime location equals the perfect pitt stop.
Although I can only stomach a Mocha Latte, as Im not much of a Coffee drinker, Seyda assures me this is one of the best Coffee shops to visit. so definitely check it out if you are ever in the area.
